Anywhere we can fit. As long as it's ok with the property owner of the location where we will be fulfilling services purchased. 

You pay us once the service is complete! We proudly bank with PNC. Through PNC we use a well known and widely trusted payment company that gives both parties peace of mind when paying. Having this service through PNC also gives both parties added security with every transaction. Once your payment is processed a receipt will be emailed to you for payment confirmation. 

Yes. For cleaning purposes, we need your key to start your vehicle 3-5 times for extremely short periods of time.

We have a few different options for that . We like to do what we can, when we can. If we can complete a service to our standards without sacrificing the safety of our employees, we are adamant in doing so. Here are a few options we offer:

• Reschedule your appointment for the next available date on our schedule (we don't recommend this for moderate weather systems, but we are happy to accommodate to our customers).
• Cancel your appointment and pay a $25 reinstatement fee to resume services through Lunsford and Bach Detailing Co.. 

We will stop immediately and hand over your key. We will settle your payment for what work had been done at the time the emergency occurred. We will reschedule for the next available date that works for both parties with no fee of course. You may also choose to cancel. If you choose to cancel there will be a $25 reinstatement fee to resume services through Lunsford and Bach Detailing Co.
